Tri-CelŪ Wastewater Treatment Systems.
Distribution boxes are used to evenly distribute effluent or treated water between the outlet pipes into the percolation area. Manufactured from injection moulded HDPE, it is non corrosive ensuring a long life span. It is designed with one inlet and up to six outlets. Adjustable circular weirs can be fitted to the holes to control the flow rate of liquids into the trenches. Watertight plugs are also available if all outlets are not required
The distribution box comprises of the following:
- Box and lid (400mm x 400mm x 370mm)
- 3 No Risers (400mm x 400mm x 150mm)
- Snap in pipe seals
The standard height of the complete unit measures 820mm. Extra risers are available to extend the height.
Installing Instructions:
- Excavate a square hole just large enough for the box and place pipe inverts at proper elevations.
The box should be placed on level compacted soil or level undistributed soil. - Fit seals, plugs and pipes into box
- Backfill carefully to top of box
- Add Risers as required and secure lid
- Backfill to ground level
